A MASTERMIND FOR AGENCY FOUNDERS
Build the agency an investor would buy.
Whether you sell or not, you’ll own something stronger, more valuable and less dependent on you.
WHY THIS EXISTS
It’s not about the money. It’s about the freedom.
If your agency is doing low-six to low-seven figures, you’ve proven the model. But it likely still depends heavily on you: the sales, the key clients, the big decisions. Investors call that key-person risk. It makes a business harder to grow, worth less and harder to sell, and it gives you, the founder, far less freedom.
The real goal isn’t a bigger agency. It’s one strong enough to keep growing, or be sold, whether or not you’re working in it. That’s what this mastermind helps you build!

I started my agency, BTRmedia at 19 and bootstrapped it into the multiple seven figures by my mid-twenties, but more importantly I had a team and systems strong enough that it no longer depended on me to grow.
When I exited, I sold the majority of my shares, and the business has since more than tripled in size!
Going through an exit taught me what investors actually look for: how they value a business, what makes them hesitate and how deals are structured.
What investors pay for is the same thing that gives a founder freedom: strong systems, a capable team and a business that stands on its own. That’s what Agency Birth helps you build, whether you ever sell or not.

OUR PROCESS
Your 2027, mapped out.
Part coach, part data partner, part inner circle.
Due diligence begins
We review your agency the way an investor would before buying it: financials and margins, revenue by client, client concentration and retention, team, systems, pipeline, contracts, and how much still depends on you.
WHY THIS MATTERS
No serious investor backs a business they don’t fully understand, and no coach should guide one either. This depth is what lets me be a real partner to you all year.
Your valuation & risk report
If I were buying 20% of your agency, what would worry me? You get the answer in writing: what the business is worth today, what’s holding that number down, and the risks that would make an investor hesitate. It’s the honest outside view most founders only get when they’re ready to exit.
WHY THE INVESTOR LENS
Whether you sell or not, an investor’s eyes show you exactly where your agency is fragile. Fix those risks, and it becomes worth more to a buyer, and better to own. This report shapes your whole year.
Your 2027 plan
Before we meet, you write your vivid vision: where you see your business and life in 10, 3 and 1 years, from health, relationships and freedom to revenue, team and role. Then, in a 90-minute 1:1, we turn it into one clear business objective for 2027, with two or three measurable key results, and a focused objective for your first quarter. You’ll also learn the simple framework we use to measure every goal all year.
WHY WE BLEND PERSONAL & BUSINESS
Your business goals should serve your life goals, not the other way around. Want to start a family and buy a home in three years? Your agency needs to hit a specific number by then. Want the freedom to travel with someone you love? Your agency may need to run without you, or be sold, by a set date. So we plan personal and business as one.
Meeting the Room
Our first call sets the tone for the year. Each founder shares their story, their agency, their 2027 objective, the strength they bring and where they need help. We agree on how the room works: what’s shared stays private, everyone brings real numbers, and everyone shows up for each other. Then you get to know each founder in a 1:1 connection call.
WHY IT MATTERS
A mastermind only works when founders trust each other enough to share what’s really going on. The room is set on November 16, and that trust starts here.
Monthly mastermind calls
Once a month, the room meets for 90 minutes. We open with a short grounding practice, then each founder shares their numbers against their quarterly objective. In hot seats, founders bring their most pressing decision and the room works through it together. We close with commitments for the month ahead. Every call is recorded.
WHY A MASTERMIND
Every founder in the room brings their own strengths. One person’s blind spot is often another’s expertise. The best answers come from the room.
The private group
Guest seats
A few times a year, I bring in an investor, an M&A advisor or a founder who’s sold their agency for an open Q&A. With a small room, everyone asks their own questions about valuations, deal structures and what buyers look for, and hears what’s happening in the market right now.
A SEAT AT THE TABLE
Most founders only have these conversations once they’re already selling, when it’s too late to change anything. Here, you have them early, while there’s still time to act on what you learn.
Monthly check-ins & quarterly strategy sessions
At the end of each month, we have a 45-minute 1:1 to review your numbers, progress and priorities, like the board check-in an investor would hold. Then in the 2nd last week of each quarter, we have a 90-minute 1:1 to review the quarter & plan the objectives for the one coming.
WHY EVERY MONTH
Quarters don’t fall apart all at once. They drift, a week at a time. Monthly check-ins catch it early, and build the habit every investor looks for: a founder who knows their numbers and acts on them.
The Midyear Retreat
Four days in person to review the year so far. Part mastermind, part wellness retreat: beautiful accommodation, incredible food and time to step back from the business, all fully covered.
Year-end review & reflection
Twelve months later, we review your progress against the risks identified in your initial report and your 2027 objective. We look at what you’ve changed, what still needs attention, and what comes next. Then we reflect on the full year together.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
A clear picture of how your agency has changed, a business that’s stronger and less dependent on you, and a framework you’ll keep using long after the year ends.

Investor-level attention. Without giving up equity.
Everything above is exactly how I’d work with you if I’d bought a minority stake in your agency: knowing the business inside and out, seeing your numbers every month, being a message away when a big decision comes up, and helping it grow in value every year. The only difference? You keep 100% of your company.
